1. About the Items

“Are all rental items new items?”

We offer both new and used furniture packages. Our used furniture are cleaned, and tested before shipment. We will avoid any item that is broken or unsuitable for being used, but there might be scratches, and dents on the surface of the items.

"Can I rent one item only?"

No. Our service is providing coordinated furniture and home appliances package. The single item rental is out of our principle. If there is any item that is unnecessary in the package, subtracting the item is possible however the rental fee will still remain unchanged. Optional menus are available to be added into the package.

"Can I rent curtains?"

No. Curtains are not available for rental but for sale. The price for the new curtain should be paid before delivery.

"Is the Web page showing all of the rental items already?"

No. There are still some items that are not shown on the web page. For more details, please feel free to inquire.
Moreover, some items on the web page may be out of stock and unavailable for rental.

"Does the TV support the digital broadcast?"

Some of our used TVs only support analog signal broadcast. However the digital broadcast tuner is included in the package. For BS or CS Cable TV service, special tuners are available as an option.

"What is the volume of the refrigerator?"

There are M and L size of refrigerator available. The actual volumes of the refrigerators are about 150L for M and 350L for L.. S size has only a refrigerator.

"What kind of washing machine and dryer are available?"

Offering M and L size washing machines with dryer. The load capacity are as follows : M Size - 5-6kg, L Size - 7kg+

"What should I do when the tube or lamp of the light runs out?"

Please purchase a new one and replace them .

2. About the rental period

"Can I choose the rental period?"

Yes. Customer can choose 1 year or 2 years rental period.

"Can I extend the rental period?"

Yes. If the customer does not inform us 10 days before the end of the contract, the contract period will be extended for one month automatically. The extended rental fee will be equal to 50% of the rental fee that the contract started. The notification will be issued on about one month before the end of the contract. If the customer wishes to quit the service at the same time with the end of the contract, they should inform us as soon as possible when the notification arrives.

"Can I cancel the contract within the rental period?"

Customers are not allowed to cancel the contract within the first 6 months of the rental period. After 6 months, the cancellation fee can be calculated by the formula below. Please submit the cancellation form for the contract cancellation.

Cancellation Fee: The remaining rental period (in month) x rental fee per month x 50%

3. About the application method

"What do I require to apply to the service?"

*4 Customers can get the floor plan from the management company directly.

4. About the payment method

"Are ther any other charge other than the rental fee?"

For the initial cost, the following charge will take place.
- Installation Fee: JPY40,000 tax not included (*The amount may be adjusted if optional menus are added in number or the location is not in 23 wards of Tokyo)
- Deposit: Equal to the rental fee of one month (*Only for individual contracts)
*The Removal Cost will be charged after the rental period finished. The amount of Removal Cost will be estimated.

"What is the payment method."

Individual Contracts : Payments will be made by credit card.

Corporate Contracts : Automatic account transfer & bank transfers.
* Automatic account transfers will take between 1 - 2 months. Please make payments by bank transfer during this period

"Can I pay the rental fee for the whole contract period in one payment? "

No. Customers should pay the rental fee monthly before the start of every month.

5. About the Delivery and Installation

"Any Delivery Fee or Installation Fee?"

Yes. Delivery/ Installation Fee is JPY40,000 (tax not included) for the location in 23 wards of Tokyo. The amount may be adjusted if optional menus are added in number or the location is not in 23 wards of Tokyo.

*The Removal Cost will be charged after the rental period finished. The amount of Removal Cost will be estimated at the time of termination.

"Are there any limitation for the delivery?"

Yes. Normally, the delivery service is for the location in 23 wards of Tokyo only.

"Can I specify the installation date / time?"

Yes. However, according to the schedule of the trucks, the installation date may be adjusted. Hours of delivery are Monday - Friday 9:30 - 18:30. Please inquire if these times do not work with your schedule.

"Will the technician install and set up all the rental furniture and home appliances?"

Yes. All of the rental furniture and home appliances installation will be finished by our technicians.

"How long will the installation take after the application?"

According to the situation, normally it will take about 7 days for the installation.

6. About the rental item during the rental period

"What should I do when the rental item is damaged?"

If the item is damaged with normal personal usage, the repair and replacement is free of charge. Customers must bear the cost of the repair or exchange if the item is broken by user’s intentional usage or gross negligence.

"Can I add anything new to the package during the rental period?"

No. Any change or addition is not accepted during the rental period.

"Can I move the rental item to the other location by myself during the rental period?"

Yes. Please submit the relocation form before moving the rental item. Customers should arrange the relocation by themselves. Also, customers should move the rental item back to the original location for collection before the rental contract end.

*Collection service is not available for the location out of the 23 wards of Tokyo.

7. About the end of Rental Period (For return or purchase)

"What should I do when the rental period ended?"

Before the end of the rental period, customers can choose to extend the rental period, or to return / purchase the rental items. A notification will be issued about one month before the end of the contract. Customers should submit their decision 10 days before the contract expiration date.

*If the customers do not inform 10 days before the contract expiration date, the contract will be extended for one month automatically.

"How much is the charge for the extension of rental period?"

The extended rental fee will be equal to 50% of the rental fee that the contract started.

"How should I return the rental item back?"

The rental items should be collected on the date noted in the removal notification. Please inform us as soon as possible if the schedule is adjusted.

"Is there any return cost for the rental item?"

Yes. The return cost will be estimated before the collection. Normally, the return cost will equal to the installation fee : JPY40,000 (tax not included).

"What should I do if I want to adjust the removal date?"

Please inform us if you want to adjust the removal date. However, you should inform us at least 7 days before the removal date. Please contact us as soon as possible .
